Wednesday, February 8, 2017 at 12:49PM Bounce Level Assessments:
Bounce gymnastics level 1-10, gymnasts are assessed on moves they have practised over the last term and given a medal on completion and then move up to next level.
This is a great way for the gymnasts to see progress in their gymnastics and creat a sense of achievement from a medal every year.
Classes: Friday 4-4.45pm, Saturday 9.30-10.15am, 1.30-2.15pm.
Assessement will take place on last day of term (10th &11th March) parents do not attend assessments.
In Class Competition:
This a small competition held during regular class time. The girls have learnt a set routine and will showcase this infornt of the parents. There will be two categories and a 1st, 2nd 3rd place in each. All gymnasts will receive a medal for taking part.
Classes:
Friday: 4.45-5.45pm. Saturday: 11-11.45am, 11.45am - 12.30pm, 2.15-3pm.
Club Competition:
5th March in Mullingar Venue
This is a full competiton being held in Mullingar including gymnasts from all Bounce Mullingar, Bounce Trim and Bounce Navan. It is a chance for the gymnasts to learn a routine and showcase their skills in a friendly and fun environment. We will have 2 categories on the day of competition and each category will have a 1st, 2nd, 3rd place and everyone will receive a medal for participating.
Parents are invited to attend the competition. €5 entry fee per gymnast on the day.
Time: 4.30pm - 6pm
Classed involved: Mullingar Senior 6.45pm, Trim 5.30pm, Navan Senior 10.15am class
12th March in Blackrock Venue
This is a full competiton being held in Blackrock including gymnasts form all four different Bounce Venues. It is a chance for the gymnasts to learn a routine and showcase their skills in a friendly and fun environment. We will have 4 categories on the day of competition and each category will have a 1st, 2nd, 3rd place and everyone will receive a medal for participating.
Parents are invited to attend the competition but we ask to limit it to 2 people per gymnast due to space limitations. €10 entry fee per gymnast on the day.
Time: 10-12.30pm
Classes involved: Blackrock Monday& Wednesday 5-6pm, Blackrock Thursday 5-6pm Blackrock Sat 11-12pm, Navan Friday 5.45-6.45, Navan Sat 3.-4pm.
Time: 1.30-4pm
Classes involved: Blackrock Monday& Wednesday 6-7pm, Navan Sat 4-5pm, MAPs 5th &6th class, Navan 6.45-7.45pm.
Time: 4.30-6.30pm
Classes involved: Blackrock Sat & Thursday Advanced, Blackrock Wednesday Seniors, Trim Seniors, Navan Sat Seniors 12.30-1.30pm, Navan Sat Seniors 5pm - 6pm.
