Bounce gymnastics level 1-10, gymnasts are assessed on moves they have practised over the last term and given a medal on completion and then move up to next level.
This is a great way for the gymnasts to see progress in their gymnastics and creat a sense of achievement from a medal every year.
Classes:
Monday:2.15-3pm, 3.15-4pm. Tuesday: Senior inf, 1st class, 2nd class. Wednesday:3.15-4pm. Thursday: 3.15-4pm. Saturday: 9.15-10am, 11-12pm.
Assessement will take place on last day of term ( week starting 6th March) parents do not attend assessments.
In Class Competition:
This a small competition held during regular class time. The girls have learnt a set routine and will showcase this infornt of the parents. There will be two categories and a 1st, 2nd 3rd place in each. All gymnasts will receive a medal for taking part.
Classes:
Monday: 4-5pm 6th March. Tuesday: 3rd & 4th class 7th March. Wednesday: 4-5pm 8th March. Thursday: 4-5pm 9th March.
Club Competition:
12th March in Blackrock Venue
This is a full competiton being held in Blackrock including gymnasts form all four different Bounce Venues. It is a chance for the gymnasts to learn a routine and showcase their skills in a friendly and fun environment. We will have 4 categories on the day of competition and each category will have a 1st, 2nd, 3rd place and everyone will receive a medal for participating.
Parents are invited to attend the competition but we ask to limit it to 2 people per gymnast due to space limitations. €10 entry fee per gymnast on the day.
Time: 10-12.30pm
Classes involved: Monday& Wednesday 5-6pm, Navan Friday 5.45-6.45, Navan Sat 3.-4pm.
Time: 1.30-4pm
Classes involved: Monday& Wednesday 6-7pm, Thursday 5-6pm, Sat 11-12pm Navan Sat 4-5pm Navan 6.45-7.45pm, MAPs 5th & 6th class.
Time: 4.30-6.30pm
Classes involved: Sat & Thursday Advanced, Wednesday Seniors, Trim Seniors, Navan Sat Seniors 12.30-1.30pm, Navan Sat Seniors 5-6pm.
