We will be holding open classes for parents to come and view their childrens gymnastics class in Blackrock and Navan over the coming weeks.

Blackrock Venue Wednesday training September 2016

Welcome back to all Gymnasts and new gymnasts to a New Bounce Gymnastics Term.

Term 1 Dates: September 5^th to December 17^th.

Mid-term break: October 31^st- November 5^th.

We have now completed the 1^st month of the new term and all venues are doing great.

Classes are all completely full.

If anyone is interested in joining Bounce we will open our waiting list on the website on 1^st December for future terms.

We are also starting a new Pre-school class on Mondays 2-3pm for 2-4 yr old’s, If you are interested please email us.

As the new term started Bounce coaches have been busy doing coaches training and getting prepared for the new year.

We have added new coaches to each venue consisting of a trampolining and tumbling specialist and an ex national rhythmic gymnast form Hungry.

We have added some great new equipment to all venues this year. Indluding a new set of Bars in Balckrock so now we have a total of 6 bars being used. We also have more crash mats for safer learning and a top tumbller which is great for learning you handspring and backsprings.

Thank you to all returning gymnasts and to all new gymnasts we are excited for another great year here at bounce.

Our ethos at bounce is to Learn gymnasts in a safe and FUN envirnonment. The gymnastics enjoyment is number one for us.

WAITING LIST FOR 2016/17 WILL OPEN ON 1ST AUGUST

The waiting list for 2016/17 will open on 1st August on our website. Please note that places are limited in Mullingar and Trim. All applicants will be contacted by 20th August to confirm places.

GYMFEST TRIM

Calling all Trim gymnasts….

What? Gymfest will be a fun filled afternoon of all your favourite gymnastic activities and games with a few surprises in between!

Why? One of our coaches, Marita Lynam, is raising money for her volunteer project this summer.

When? Saturday, 16th of July 2016, from 2-5pm.  €15 per gymnast.

Where? In Aura Leisure Centre, Trim.

To all the Bounce Trim gymnasts, 

Hi guys,

Some of you may remember me, my name is Marita Lynam and I sometimes coach in Trim when I am available to help out. I am emailing you all to find out if people would be interested in a fun gymnastics day called gymfest. The purpose of this gymfest is to help raise money towards my volunteering this summer in Fiji where I will be taking part in an important sustainable community development project.

I am volunteering with a volunteering organisation called VESA and we’ll be working in conjunction with local villagers and the village chief to help build rain water catchment tanks to provide clean water to the community, to help restore the dilapidated school buildings and equipment, and we will be educating school children and members of the community about conservation, sustainability, health/hygiene and English proficiency.

The money I am trying to raise will assist in costs towards building materials and hiring local trades people to supervise the building projects. The money will also be going towards materials for a turtle conservation project where we aim to increase the population of the native sea turtles and to restore their reef to its native state.

Aura Trim has kindly provided the sports hall free of charge to hold gymfest on the 16^th of July 2016 from 2-5pm. It will be a fun filled day with all your favourite gymnastics activities and games where you will hopefully get to see friends and practice and maybe learn some new gymnastics moves before class starts again in September! The cost of gymfest is €15 per gymnast, so if you are interested in gymfest, please register at maritakildufflynam@gmail.com as soon as possible!
