SEPTEMBER 2017 TERM

Looking forward to seeing all our gymnasts again and welcoming the new gymnasts.

RETURN DATES:

 Mount Anville, Mullingar and Trim will start on the week of the 11th September.

Blackrock Thursday and Saturday will start on the 7th and 9th respectively.

Blackrock Monday and Wednesday will start on 11th and 13th respectively. (Postponed)

Navan will start on Friday 8th and Saturday 9th September.

SUMMER HOLIDAYS

All clubs are now closed for the summer and reopen the week of the 4th September.

We will see some of you at our camps in Navan and Blackrock. 

Have a great summer and keep practicing during the summer months!

Bounce Gymnastics Easter Camp Dublin

Easter Camp:

Date: 10th-13th April

Time: 10-2pm. Early drop off @ 9.30am available (€20)

Fee: €120

5+ years and girls only are  welcome, all levels and abilitys. 

4 hour gymnastics camp including all apparatus; beam, floor, trampoline, airtrack, ropes and bars. Also rhythmic gymnastics such as hoop and ribbon.

Limited places available please book in advance.

Term 3 events only

Bounce Level Assessments

Bounce gymnastics level 1-10, gymnasts are assessed on moves they have practised over the last term and given a medal on completion and then move up to next level.

This is a great way for the gymnasts to see progress in their gymnastics and creat a sense of achievement from a medal every year.

Classes: tbc, all classes will complete assesments in term 3 or term 4. Parents do not attend the assesment days.

Inter Club Competition

5th March in Mullingar Venue

This is a full competiton being held in Mullingar including gymnasts from all Bounce Mullingar, Bounce Trim and Bounce Navan. It is a chance for the gymnasts to learn a routine and showcase their skills in a friendly and fun environment. We will have 2 categories on the day of competition and each category will have a 1st, 2nd, 3rd place and everyone will receive a medal for participating.

Parents are invited to attend the competition.  €5 entry fee per gymnast on the day.

Time: 2.30pm - 4pm 

 Classes involved: Mullingar Senior Adv 6pm, Trim 4pm, Mullingar Inters 5.15pm, Trim 3.15pm

Time: 4.30pm - 6pm

Classed involved: Mullingar Senior 6.45pm, Trim 5.30pm, Navan Senior am class

In Class Competition

16th March

This a small competition held during regular class time. The girls have learnt a set routine and will showcase this in front of their parents. There will be two categories and a 1st, 2nd 3rd place in each. All gymnasts will receive a medal for taking part.

Classes: Trim 4.45pm - 5.30pm

Parents are invited to attend the competition but we ask to limit it to 2 people per gymnast due to space limitations.  €10 entry fee per gymnast on the day.

Time: 4.30-6.30pm

Classes involved: Blackrock Sat & Thursday Advanced, Blackrock Wednesday Seniors, Trim Seniors 6.15pm, Navan 6.45-7.45 Seniors, Navan Sat Seniors.
